The Bavarian cuisine is filling, diversified and enriched with the culinary methods to make the taste of products flavorful and sophisticated. In Bavaria, they are experts in cooking the best meat products. Especially Bavarians love all kinds of sausages. Their recipes we use to manufacture our Bavarushka products. The Bavarushka range consists of two collections: Filletburg and Balykburg.


The Filletburg is a collection of meat products with the choice fillet of juicy ham inside. The ham fillet is pre-marinated in the aromatic spices to fill it with taste and add juiciness. After that, the Filletburg products are baked in the oven until nicely browned. While in the oven, the spices expose their aroma and saturate the product and the yummy crust preserves the meat juiciness and rich flavor inside.


The Balykburg is a collection of meat products with the pieces of smoked balyk inside. The specialty balyk gives the Balykburg sausages and hams unique rich flavor and yummy marbled cut showing pieces of meat.
